Now that crawfish season is over, our almost weekly (!) dinners of boiled craw, corn and potatoes have been replaced by tacos. They are the perfect meal for this warm weather. My hub (the bread man) makes great flour tortillas from scratch, and we fill them with guacamole, grilled and sliced steak or seafood, salsa (whatever kind we are in the mood to make), and grilled spring/green onion. So simple, so good!
